You’re not lost.

exploring identity, healing, and becoming through story, meaning, and connecting with your Sovereign Self

Life has taught me that our most difficult experiences—loss, caregiving, estrangement, reinvention, spiritual questioning, and unexpected transitions—can become invitations into deeper self-understanding.

My work explores the intersection of identity, becoming, and healing through storytelling, community, and relationship—with ourselves, each other, and the natural world. Through the Glass Cradle™ framework, the Storywork Alchemy process, gatherings, companioning, and Threshold Journeys, I support women in listening for what their lives are asking of them and discovering the courage to move forward with greater clarity, authenticity, and resolve.

You’re not lost.

You are becoming.

My Work Forms an Ecosystem

My Work Forms an Ecosystem

My work has evolved over decades and takes many forms—writing, teaching, workshops, coaching, retreats, and publishing—all rooted in a single question:

How do we live from the most sacred part of ourselves—the Sovereign Self?

The Glass Cradle™ explores the invisible ways caregiving and gendered expectations shape women's identities, choices, and life trajectories. Storywork Alchemy offers a process for making meaning of our experiences and reclaiming authorship of our stories. Wild Becoming explores the identities we are living into, while Threshold Journeys™ create opportunities to engage that process through reflection, community, and relationship with the natural world.

My writing brings readers into conversation with these ideas through image and word, while workshops and retreats create spaces to explore them in community with other women. Village of Care Press extends this work by helping coaches, healers, spiritual caregivers, and other thought leaders publish meaningful books and build their own communities of care. Together, we heal the world one book, one story at a time.

These are not separate endeavors but interconnected expressions of a lifelong commitment to identity, becoming, reclamation, and the belief that women deserve to live from the wisdom of their Sovereign Selves. A world where more women reclaim their stories, their voices, and their lives.

Threshold Intensive

Whether you're navigating an empty nest, caregiving, retirement planning, relationship changes, career questions, grief, or a growing sense that something in your life no longer fits, this intensive offers a dedicated space to pause, reflect, and reconnect with what matters most.

Together we will explore:

  • What is changing in your life

During this focused intensive, we will explore:

  • Where you are now

  • What strengths, expertise, and experience you bring forward

  • Opportunities you may not be seeing

  • Potential pathways for reinvention

  • Concrete next steps

You will leave with greater clarity, a clearer sense of direction, and practical actions you can begin taking immediately.
